Jason and Molly: The Bachelor Wedding

I sat glued to my tv last night watching The Bachelor wedding. I gave a little squeal of excitement when they mentioned how they spent every other weekend in Milwaukee(my hometown) or Seattle. As I mentioned in last night's post my bff worked with Molly at her place of employment leading up to filming of the bachelor and after. From email Molly sent out to her co-workers it appeared that Molly knew Jason would dump Melissa and that they had been seeing each other behind her back. Also supposedly Molly got an undeserved promotion since she was having relations with her married boss. Shortly after this promotion Molly left to film the bachelor. According to my bestie Molly wasn't like to much at this place of employment. I do have to say however that having worked in a corporate setting, I have seen firsthand how rumor's spread and get started. I myself have been the brunt of untrue rumor's. A simple talke with a male coworker, the next day I was pregnant with his baby and getting a divorce from my soldier hubby. It is crazy how rumor's fly and many of them are based purely on jealously or lies. So as a disclaimer to Molly I will say that maybe some of these rumor's are not true.

I also must admit that they make a cute couple. It is clear how much they do love each other. I loved loved Melissa and hated Jason for dumping her on tv but in the end Jason did what he felt was right and why get married to someone you don't have feelings for or string them along all the while thinking of someone else. At least Jason realized that he did love Molly before his relationship with Melissa went any further.

Watching the wedding I did have some serious wedding envy. I want a designer shoes and dress and a hair stylist to do my hair!! Though I have to admit that I personally didn't care for her hair or the dress.I thought the wedding was beautiful and I loved the setting of their rehearsal dinner. Also Molly's dress for the rehearsal dinner was fabulous. I tried to find a picture but couldn't find one. And her hair color looked amazing. Better than the blonde. Hmm maybe that's how I should dye my hair next

All in all the wedding was beautiful and I honestly feel that their love for each other is real and genuine. Their little saying to each other, stargazing amazing eyes and you give me butterfiles was the cutest thing ever. My hubby and I have many little saying that we say to each other and it was cute to see they do also. Im def a romantic at heart and hope they make it. I will now be awaiting the newest Us Weekly or In Touch magazines to see if they have more wedding pics or articles about the happy couple on their wedding day.

And to all the Molly and Jason hater's out there, I regret to admit I am now a fan of them!!

Here is a pic of the happy couple

  3. I watched it too, it was definitely interesting. I didn't like them together, but I have seen them around Seattle a couple times. I'm glad they're happy, because they do truly love each other. I just couldn't believe how over the top ABC went for them.

The dress? Meh. The hair... ugh. But I did get a little giggle out of the fact that they still held the wedding outside in the pouring rain. Poor wedding guests!

  4. I didn't get to watch the entire thing, but I LOVED what I saw. And I hadn't watched his season, but watched the tv dumping and didn't like him, but they do seem genuine and totally in love.

I really do hope they are happy and stay together.

I liked her dress and I also liked that she didn't freak about the rain. Not sure I could have done that.

    Great post!

  5. I totally wasn't a fan of Jason and the way everything went down, but there was nothing else on last night, so I watched the wedding. The dress and hair weren't my favorite either. I thought it was hilarious that all of the people wearing electronic devices were the only people NOT covered during the rain. Someone didn't really think that one through.

  8. I didn't watch any of the show, but saw the wedding last night. I was so happy to see them smiling, even through the rain! After seeing an episode of "Bridezillas" recently, it was refreshing to see a beautiful bride happy to be marrying her handsome man ... and not letting even Mother Nature dampen her spirits! Oh, and I did love her dress! =)

  12. I saw it too... and loved that they were so happy just to be marrying each other, no matter the weather. I kind of wanted to punch Chris What's-His-Nuts (the host) in the face though... such a cheesy shmuck.

  13. I loved Molly all along and am so glad he chose her! The wedding was gorgeous and I was crying like a baby. I think that the whole not seeing my Fiance in months and he is so close to getting home thing kind of had me a little more emotional than normal but still!!! You could just see the love between them...it was so cute!
