Dieting and Motivation

It's been about two years since I stepped foot in a gym. I joined the YMCA a month ago and besides one spin class I haven't been going. Yesterday that changed. The hubs and I swore to workout together everyday and he dragged my lazy butt back to the gym. It was awesome yet torture at the same time
Since the hubs has come home and I've stopped breast feeding I've gained 10 pounds. Instead of having only 5 pounds of baby weight left to lose I now have 15 to get to where I want to be. So frustrating. But no more excuses. Even though we leave for vacation next week I'm going to still be active and eat very healthy until I can shed these last few pounds
As usual I pursued Pinterest for some motivation. Here it goes




























So here it goes. Here's to a new me

  1. Good luck. I started operation lose the babyweight on Monday...it's not fun! I just keep telling myself it will SO be worth it when it's gone! :)

  2. One day at a time! I am the same way and I finally worked up enough annoyance at myself that I was going to start running & sign up for a 5k to hold myself to it, then I hurt my knee. As soon as I am able, I am getting back out there. Keep up the good work!! :)

  5. i tried that month without thing... i lasted three weeks AND yes... yes i want that cookie~!

    jk, i am being NO help here. i hope you get that motivation you are looking for, it can be really hard to find MOM time that involves having a ton of energy!

    just remember that you are SUPER active with having two under two to chase around! dont be TOO hard on yourself, you'll get there.
