I'm back. After my venting post I felt I needed to write something a little more positive hehe
My family is coming into town in a few weeks and I was looking for some new grill recipes. I recently was at a cook out where they made shrimp skewers on the grill. It was fantastic. Different from the usual hot dogs, burgers or bbq chicken. So I'm asking all my fellow bloggers if any of you have any good recipes for cooking shrimp on the grill
Ok I swear I am done posting for the night. I poured myself a bottle(glass) of merlot and am about to sit down and watch Glee!!!
Grilled vegetables (like squash or broccoli), cover them in olive oil and meat seasoning. Delicious and a great side for any bbq
ReplyDeleteWhen my husband grills them he usually throws some Old Bay seasoning to the shrimp. Then we either add them to a salad or other entree. Sometimes we eat them as a cocktail.

When my hubby & I have kabobs on the grill, we alternate shrimp, Italian sausage, squash & zuccini, season with Old Bay before grilling, and drizzle with olive oil after we take them off the grill.
ReplyDeleteKabobs are always good. You could do beef, chicken or shrimp! We love asparagus and corn on the grill as well to accompany whatever we cook. I like anything straight off the grill! Best of luck, it will all be wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI love grilling out!
ReplyDeleteYES, go to allrecipes.com
ReplyDeletetype in grilled shrimp and then hit the ratings button. The first shrimp on there are AMAZING! With 500 5 star reviews! My friend here had them and I ate way to many. She told me that is where she found the recipe. The ingredients sound kindof weird together but trust me.. they are oh so yummy!
Thanks for following me on my blog! I love yours! I will continue to check back for new blog updates and posts!
