What helps me gain my sanity back ( and I am a better mom when I am sane..) is exercising. You can still exercise while pregnant, talk to your doctor about a water aerobics class or a prenatal yoga class. ABsolutely start slow but its ok to exercise. Water aerobics is FUN. I took that class for a few months and it was a blast. A better workout than you'd think too. Take Gianna for a walk during the day to help you both clear your heads. She might like the scenery change. Noah gets extra crabby and misbehaves the most when he is bored. the more I structure our day the better our days are, most of the time anyway. Some days there is no getting around misbehavior. Good luck Momma, get your me time! You are doing great!Mama Bearhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10749078776258038763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584228167731927982.post-50929104281476357002012-03-28T15:51:48.954-07:002012-03-28T15:51:48.954-07:00it is hard. it seem like all of mine are crabby at...it is hard. it seem like all of mine are crabby at the same time. sometimes i put them in a bathtub in the middle of the day. or playdough. sometimes i will just take a walk around the block. if they are strapped in a stroller they are quietertrooppetriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17760346169494672225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584228167731927982.post-45514497359229146292012-03-22T13:29:04.293-07:002012-03-22T13:29:04.293-07:00Those kinds of days are the worst! Other times, he gets strapped into the stroller or the car and we get outside! Hopefully tomorrow is better!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584228167731927982.post-25261328595871800732012-03-22T12:33:26.949-07:002012-03-22T12:33:26.949-07:00We all have those days, I don't have any magic...We all have those days, I don't have any magic go to formula but on really hard days I just keep trying new things and if that doesn't work a bath is always fun. It might not work for G but TC loves being in the water.Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03777609339556901804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584228167731927982.post-28155704491826101862012-03-22T11:05:45.642-07:002012-03-22T11:05:45.642-07:00I feel like I'm SO bad at this too :( I try to...I feel like I'm SO bad at this too :( I try to walk away and count to 10 (or 20!) and deep breaths. Doesn't always work, but it's worth trying. Don't be too hard on yourself, we all have these moments. The first trimester and first half of the second trimester (along with having a toddler) were the worst. Now that I have more energy, my patience has improved. Good luck :)Amy Silverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03808966743763117034noreply@blogger.com
