Usually I can snap out of it after a week or so of trying to eat better, drinking tons of water and taking one night to do nails, face mask, body scrub, etc. for myself! You'll be feeling better soon! You are beautiful in all of your pictures!Newlywed and Deployedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08135149257159999765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584228167731927982.post-38440614852388735852010-09-25T19:03:05.815-07:002010-09-25T19:03:05.815-07:00Girl I am RIGHT there with you.. Especially about ...Girl I am RIGHT there with you.. Especially about the hair issue.. I cut 17 inches off last year and now my hair is also in that in-between phase and I hate it soooo much!! (Not to mention the fact that I need some serious highlights!) On top of that I have always struggled with skin issues so on days when my face is breaking out I don't even want to leave my bed long enough to look in the mirror.

Go out and do something for yourself. Don't try to fix EVERYTHING at once, but just focus on getting one thing done. Get some new highlights/lowlights, or buy some new makeup, or just go get a mani/pedi.. And remember, "this too shall pass".. & If it counts for anything, just by looking at your pictures you are absolutely GORGEOUS!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04497707964507481686noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584228167731927982.post-87090308227200257242010-09-25T11:58:28.447-07:002010-09-25T11:58:28.447-07:00Sure, I've felt that way lots of times. (I did a review of it on my blog if you are interested.) Finding something that YOU enjoy really is important, though.

Good luck!Mowenackiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04853656011226150935noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584228167731927982.post-9837116432983047222010-09-25T10:07:49.169-07:002010-09-25T10:07:49.169-07:00Oh I can certainly relate. Been there a few times,...Oh I can certainly relate. Been there a few times, myself. My best advice is to develop a workout routine that you can maintain and just stick to it. Easier said than done, but I'm telling you. Always mind over matter. There are days when I don't want to go for the life of me, but when I get there and I'm going at it, I'm good.

I work 12-hr shifts, and as much as I'd like to, I do not work out on these days. I'm way too exhausted. By the time I get off work, I have just enough time to eat, shower, let my food settle for a few minutes before jumping into bed to get ready for the next day. On my days off and on the days I work 8-hr shifts, I am at the gym. Even if it's just for a mile run or one Spin class, I always feel that at least I've done SOMETHING.

And just for the record - I am 99.999999% sure that your husband still finds you to be the sexiest woman he's ever seen. We worry too much about that stuff. I'm guilty, as well, but I'm telling you - you shouldn't worry!!!!!!!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584228167731927982.post-33628472623671161032010-09-25T09:58:01.625-07:002010-09-25T09:58:01.625-07:00I am feeling the EXACT same way so I can completel...I am feeling the EXACT same way so I can completely relate! I feel frumpy and huge and my hair is short now too bleh! I am hoping to get to the gym soon but we will see! I am going to try Jessica Simpson's Dukes of Hazzard workout routine and see if it helps... http://www.tnafitness.com/fitness_models/jessica-simpsons-daisy-duke-workout-secrets-revealed/The Mrs. in Stilettoshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01855635484510471212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584228167731927982.post-60486951064723245972010-09-25T09:25:38.122-07:002010-09-25T09:25:38.122-07:00Uhhh YEAH! Usually it only takes a week of eating well and working out and I feel amazing and sexy again, or at least on my way. I recommend a healthy week of detox (NOTHING like the Master Cleanse). The Gwyneth Paltrow detox is great, just make it work for you. Then continue to eat well after. I avoid processed foods, soy and sugar as much as possible and always notice a HUGE change right away! Hope that helps.

You go girl!Mrs. Fhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15783406187160960344noreply@blogger.com
